Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strata mobile applications and web experience operated by Continuum Arc ("we", "our", "us"). By using Strata, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Strata, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strata is a shared-memory service that allows people to:

• Create private Worlds for trips, events, celebrations, and other shared moments
• Invite people to contribute photos, videos, voice memories, and captions through a private link
• Relive contributions together as an organized story and react to memories
• Capture or explore eligible spatial moments as an optional enhancement

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Strata. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

World owners and mobile app users create an account. Invited contributors may add content through a private link without creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect account credentials and private links, and promptly report unauthorized access.

4.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Strata. By adding content, you grant us the limited license needed to store, process, organize, display, and deliver it within the Service to the World owner and people who hold a valid private link.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Include sexually explicit or violent material
• Promote illegal activities
• Include another person's private content without the rights or consent required to share it

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools without permission
• Collect user data without consent
• Share or publish another person's private World link without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Strata and all related trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your content) are owned by Continuum Arc.

8. Privacy

Your use of Strata is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Strata is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuum Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
