Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 26, 2026

Continuum Arc ("we", "our", "us") operates the Strata mobile applications and Strata web experience (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account, including through Google Sign-In, we may collect:

1.2 Content You Create

When you use Strata, we collect:

Invited contributors can add content through a private World link without creating an account. In that flow, we collect the display name, caption, media, and technical contribution token needed to complete and secure the upload.

1.3 Usage Information

We automatically collect:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Content Visibility

Private World content is available only through its separate contribution or viewing links and to the World owner. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to enter the corresponding World, so owners and contributors should share links carefully. Content you separately choose to publish publicly is visible according to your privacy settings.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, and advertising services.

3.3 Advertising

Strata displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. We use Google's advertising ID for ad delivery and analytics in accordance with Play Store policies.

3.4 Website Analytics and Campaign Measurement

Our website records limited product events, such as a landing-page view or a store-button click, together with campaign labels you arrived with (for example, UTM source and campaign) and advertising click identifiers supplied by the referring platform (for example, Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Microsoft, X, or LinkedIn). These labels help distinguish campaigns; a website click is not represented as an app install. We use random browser identifiers rather than asking visitors for an account. When configured for a campaign, the website may also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and store-button actions. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms, and browser privacy or content-blocking controls may limit this measurement.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or World is active or as needed to provide the Service. A World owner can delete a World, and account holders may delete their account through the app settings. Deletion removes associated Worlds and contributions from active systems, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, and legal retention periods.

7. Children's Privacy

Strata is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Third-Party Services

Strata uses Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In for authentication and Google AdMob for advertising. The applicable provider's privacy policy applies to data processed through those services.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy and updating the "Effective Date."
