Email our support team for account access, uploads, Worlds, privacy, safety, or billing questions. We aim to reply within two business days.

Worlds are private by default and use separate revocable contribution and viewing links. Report unsafe content in the app or contact us with non-sensitive context.
Delete your account
In Strata, open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes the account and associated content. If you cannot access the app, email support from the account address.
Include this in your message
Your Strata username, device and OS version, app version, approximate time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Never include a password, Apple or Google token, admin secret, or private World link.
