What happens next
Deletion begins when you confirm it in the app. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account control
Delete your Strata account and data.
You can permanently delete your account inside the app. This removes the account and associated posts, comments, messages, profile information, and other account-linked data from active Strata systems.
Delete in the app
- 1Open Strata and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Open Profile, choose Settings, then scroll to Danger Zone.
- 3Choose Delete Account and confirm Delete Everything.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address linked to the account. We will verify ownership before acting and will never ask for your password or sign-in code.
