Spatial photos

A shared memory album with moments that move when you do.

Most contributions stay simple and familiar. Eligible hero memories add spatial depth that responds to tilt or touch inside Strata.

The scattered-memory problem

A flat photo can preserve what a moment looked like, but not always how it felt to move through it or notice foreground and background from a different angle.

The Strata approach

Strata keeps spatial interaction as an optional bonus layer rather than a strict requirement, so every World remains easy to contribute to while standout moments feel more immersive.

Three simple steps

Create the place before the photos disappear.

01

Collect the whole World

Bring ordinary photos, videos, and voice notes together first.

02

Open a spatial memory

Eligible memories show a spatial state in the viewer.

03

Tilt or drag

Move your phone or touch the screen to explore the available depth.

Built around the real moment

Easy to contribute. Worth coming back to.

  • Spatial depth for eligible memories
  • Tilt and touch exploration
  • Ordinary media still works everywhere
  • Designed as part of a shared story, not a standalone effect

Questions, answered plainly

What to know before you start.

What is a spatial memory in Strata?

It is an eligible memory with depth that can respond to device tilt or touch inside the Strata viewer.

Does every photo become spatial?

No. Spatial depth is available only when the memory includes eligible depth data. Standard photos and videos continue to work normally.

Is Strata only a 3D photo editor?

No. Strata is primarily a private shared-memory app. Spatial interaction is a differentiating option for selected moments inside a World.

One link can bring the whole moment back.

Download Strata: Living Memories, start a private World, and send the contribution link to the people who were there.
